Specific Required: 15 Years experience
CTC : 50 LPA
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection: Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensuring new employees are properly onboarded and integrated into the organization, as well as managing the offboarding process for departing employees.
Employee Relations: Handling employee relations matters, such as resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on disciplinary actions.
Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing training programs, and coordinating employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits: Managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus programs, and employee benefits plans.
HR Policy and Compliance: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Tracking HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and diversity statistics, and preparing reports for management.
HR Strategy: Contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Employee Engagement: Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and create a positive work culture.
