Head - HR - Manufacturing Plant
Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for average workforce including contract manpower of around 1500+
2. Independently managing the workmen, non-executives, skilled and semi-skilled labours at the business unit
3. Handling, managing and dealing with contract work force providers.
4. Ensure legal compliance pertaining to various statutes applicable to the company as a Principal Employer and also ensure Contractor Compliances.
5. Dealing with union representatives, vendors and contractors
6. Drive all HR Operation processes including performance management, talent acquisition, Reward and Recognition.
7. Develop and drive internal communication processes at the Factory.
8. Responsible for deployment of local and corporate policies at the Plant
