About the Company:

The manufacturing is a Public Limited Company organization and is engaged in the manufacturing of Kraft Paper (Testliner/Multilayer Testliner), which is used for manufacturing corrugated boxes. The plant is based in Vapi.

Role Description:

The Head of HR is responsible for effective human resource management from recruitment of manpower to their separation from the organisation. The role serves as a link between management and employees by communicating management decisions and resolving work-related problems. The role monitors compliance to all relevant labour laws and represents the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

External Interfaces - 

- Recruitment consultants & Training Consultants

- Government Authorities i.e. Labour Department, Factory Inspectorate, Employment Exchange, P.F Department, Apprentice Advisor, District Collector, Police Department, Courts, Mamlatdar office, Local Sarpanch, Talati, NGO's etc.

- Contractors and contractor's representatives.

- Industries Association

Experience & Education:

- 18- 20 years of experience of which 8- 10 years as Head HR

- Post Graduate in HR / IR (LLB Preferable)
