Designation Head HR- Manufacturing Operations
Direct reporting to: CHRO
Job Location: NCR/Noida
Purpose: To Head HR, IR, Admin & liaising activities for Plants and Operation Functions. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Manufacturing HR function with a focus on industrial relations. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing IR strategies, fostering a positive work culture, and maintaining harmonious relationships between the Plants and its workforce.

Human Resource Development for Plants & Functional Team (Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality & Packaging):
- Manpower Planning, Budgeting & Deployment
- Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Talent Management & Performance Management
- Compensation & Benefits
- Employee Engagement
- Training and Development
- HR Operations & Compliance
- HR Process Automation & Digitalization
- Leveraging Analytics & AI to enhance process & productivity
Employee Health & Safety:
- Foster a positive EHS culture within the organization by promoting employee engagement, participation, and accountability in EHS initiatives.
- Overseeing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Process, Reporting and Disclosure
Contractual Staff Management:
- Responsible for developing and implementing an overall strategy for labor relations, such as union handling, employee retention, grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, statutory compliance and labor policy, to support an excellent work environment and compliance with labor regulations.
- Analyze & evolve the existing IR monitoring systems, using new digital platforms.
General Administration & Liaison:
- Oversee administrative functions, including plant facilities
- Liaison with Local / Govt Authorities for getting Approvals, Clearances, NOCs as required
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations/MSW
Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in HR & IR with large manufacturing organisation.
In-depth exposure to various functions in Plant HR
Should have managed multiple plants.
Strong hold on Labor Laws
