Job Title - Head- HR

Location - Baroda

Qualification - MSW/MHRM/MLW/MBA (HR) full time from a government recognized university.

Experience - Minimum 25 years

Job Responsibilities:

- He/She should have minimum 25 years of post qualification experience out of which min 10 years of experience should be heading the HR department of a large organization.

- He / She should have adequate exposure of HR functions, policies & practices, including talent acquisition, retention, career planning, establishing and managing performance system for performance measurement, training & development, general administration and public relations.

- He/She should have experience in formulating and implementing HR policies / practices including Manpower planning, Succession planning is a requirement.

- He/She should have experience in handling employee grievances and dealing with unions for maintaining a harmonious environment and thereby contribute to corporate decision making.

- He/ She should be well conversant with Industrial Relations, Labour Laws and compliance related activities.

- He/She should be able to liaison with statutory authority for Industrial Relations/ Human Resource matters.

- He/She should have adequate exposure to contract management system, compensation & benefit.

- He / She should be Computer & Technology Savvy and must have exposure to SAP.

- Good communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English & Gujarati is mandatory.
