Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliances that align with the company's overall strategic goals.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring employees.
- Develop and implement performance management programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Design and implement employee development and training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage and oversee employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance and advice to senior management on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Manage HR budget and resources effectively.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Master's degree in Human Resources
- At least 20 years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior management position.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR policies and programs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
