Head HR- Manufacturing
About the Client : Our Client is a manufacturer, retailer and distributor of commercial and industrial cleaning products and is looking for a Head HR based out of Ahmedabad.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Enable the implementation of key Talent & Management Development mandates as per directives of Top Management
- Assist in the identifying & grooming of potential functional heads within the organization by recommending appropriate development programmes
- Engender services & a training framework leveraging corporate-wide learning & knowledge management systems, designed to seamlessly support the culture of a Learning Organization & goaled in at improving business results
- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans
- Support the effective management of the budget through maintaining accurate records & processing services, ensuring delivery within approved financial framework.
- Design and execute the overall IR strategy for India and manage any escalations across all manufacturing facilities
- Enhance & monitor effectiveness of performance management & potential assessment process. Ensure standardized Panel Review Process within Area as per Regional Guidelines
- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires
As a successful candidate :
- You come with an MBA / Post graduate degree in HR
- You should have experience of working in large scale organizations with strong exposure to managing end to end HR operations
- You should have 20+ years of experience in core HR Business Partnering with experience of working in leadership positions
- Experience in a manufacturing setup
- Fluent in Gujarati or have worked in Gujarat before
