Designation - HR Head

Experience : Minimum 15-20 Years in #HRManagement role - Preferably #b2b #manufacturing experience with atleast 4+ Years in a leadership role.

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our business objectives.

- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records

- Develop and manage HR budgets and resources

- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits packages.

- Design and implement performance management systems that align with the company's goals and objectives.

- Oversee recruitment and retention activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

- Manage HR operations, including HRIS management, record-keeping, and reporting

- Foster a culture of employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

- Manage employee relations and conflicts, and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters

- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and employee recognition

- Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to track and report on HR operations and initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum of 15 - 20 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a B2B / manufacturing company with atleast 5+ in a leadership role

- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws in India

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Experience managing HR budgets and resources

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders
