Job Description: Drive end-to-end Human Resources agenda for India working very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organisation culture and foster growth

Description:

- Lead the HR function and be key member of the leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met

- Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team

- Standardise/Improve existing processes and polices

Profile:

- At least 15 years of experience in HR Generalist roles including Talent acquisition, HRBP, Talent Management and HR Strategy

- Prior experience with a manufacturing organisation in a corporate setup is a must

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
