- HR Goal setting - Leading team to ensure right HR initiatives to be implemented in a timely manner, based on a constant evaluation of strategic challenges and opportunities.
Manpower planning :
- Responsible for right Manpower planning for HO & Plants in accordance with Business requirements as per short, mid, and long term plans.
- Analyze trends & preparing strategies in partnership with the HOD's to develop solutions on sustainable basis.
- Driving talent management efforts by developing innovative programs to identify, recruit, develop, integrate, and retain key talent.
- Formulating Manpower Budget in coordination with all stakeholders. Ascertaining recruitment strategy with sourcing mix.
- Strategizing PER - Proactive employee relations & suitable engagement activities to reduce attrition.
Performance :
- Formulate and implement Performance Evaluation system from scratch as per objective of organization & fitting to culture of organization. Creating People Manager & training all leadership teams on performance coaching skills
- Designing JD's with KRA & KPI for all the HOD's & to cascade Goal sheet to individuals.
- Guiding team to ensure timely PMS and setting right culture among employees for fair performance system
- Mapping GAP and training requirements as per organization need to training calendar and further evaluation
