Head HR ( Manufacturing)
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management. This role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with the company's goals and values.
- The HR Head will be key in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and candidate selection.
2. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
3. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing requirements.
4. Work with external recruiters from time to time.
5. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
6. Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and expectations.
7. Responsible for Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, HR Policies and Compliance,
8. Mediate conflicts and disputes among employees.
9. Promote a harmonious work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management
- Proven experience of 10-12 years as an HR manager, Chief of Staff, or HR generalist.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience working in an MNC or a scale-up (a startup at its inflection point in terms of growth).
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Additional HR certification is a plus.
