Job Purpose:

1. Responsible for sourcing and recruiting the best talent and facilitating a high performing environment by leveraging their full potential.

2. To lead the change for Talent Excellence providing strategic vision and leadership for development and retention of talent and create an environment where people freely ideate, consult and collaborate to excel in their jobs and have opportunities to invest in themselves for their career progression.

Role & Responsibilities -

- Implementation of HR policies and processes in the factory

- Manage employee relations and create a culture of belonging in plant employees

- Understand the production plans and maintain optimum employee productivity through thorough analysis and counsel with the plant operations head

- Improve employee engagement and productivity & reduced absenteeism through initiatives like skill development, factory floor discipline and improvement of morale

- To be able to recruit & induct strong talent for the plant within timelines and reduced cost

- Improve the HR processes of timekeeping and payroll in line with local and global standards

- Strong focus on HR legal compliances and handling HR audits to ensure 100% compliance with local legislation and global company policies

- Maintain utmost standards of Housekeeping, Canteen, Security in the plant

- Partner with the Plant Operations head to ensure global standards of Health and Safety in the plant

- Accurate & timely HR reporting to the management and corporate office as per need and schedules

- Ensuring global standards in all aspects of the employee lifecycle management and employee experience from Sourcing, Recruitment, induction, performance management, pay for performance, training and development, and employee engagement.

Critical Requirements -

- Displays high standard of work ethics, values and discipline with deadlines

- Self-motivated and high level of ownership

- Good at communication, interpersonal skills & relationship building

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), MIS Reporting

- Analytical bent of mind
