- Good knowledge of compliance, ER issues and exposure to handling unions

- Good liasoning skills with government authorities on people related issues.

- Aware of the latest trends in the HR function.

- Understanding of all HR functions (L&D, TA, TM etc.).

- Who can synergize and structure the team.

- Strong Stakeholder management
