Roles and Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organisational objectives. - Develop a hiring strategy based on the headcount forecasting and plan for resources appropriately. - Proposing an aggressive, yet achievable staffing plans to the hiring teams. - Implement new processes and refine existing processes in recruiting that fits within the organizational goals. - Independently manage few business-critical requisitions. - Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management. - Leading the organisation's employee engagement and competency based performance management. - Plan and execute all the stages - Goal Setting, Quarterly, Mid-Year, Annual Assessment process. - Review the performance appraisal data and ensure real-time and continuous feedback is given to employees throughout the year. - Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning &talent retention. - To define L&D strategy and design and deliver L&D solutions to support the organisational change using a blend of methodologies including computer based, self-managed learning, remote delivery, class room and on job learning as appropriate. - To provide development by coaching and 1 to 1 support where the need for this has been established. - To keep up to date with current thinking on training practice and methods; e-learning development and external vendor based training. - Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data with the aim of creating a better working environment based on organisational values.
