Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) / Managing Partner MBA (HR) from a reputed institute (IIM / FMS / ISB /SIBM etc.) Job Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing HR initiatives / organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives - Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values - Providing strategic leadership for the HR function - Meet with the HR team members formally on a monthly basis to discuss HR related issues, challenges and areas for development/improvement - Ensure that the HR service maintains and meets the policies, practices and procedures required to achieve and maintain externally accredited quality standards of ISO 9001:2015 - Manages HR operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing changes - Leading the organizations HR departments, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, HR information systems (HRIS) and financial planning of the department - To ensure that the recruitment process is conducted in a professional and efficient way such that the very best candidates are appointed and inducted to become successful and profitable employee - Interface with group medical insurance team to ensure its smooth process - Manage a whole range of employee relation issues as and when they arise - Manage all sensitive employee relation issues as required and liaise with the CAO / Managing Partner regarding these helping to conduct investigations as necessary - Liaising directly with the executive board and being accountable for the performance of the HR team, as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters - Interface with the CAO / Managing Partners on a regular basis - Be the lead advisor to the Management Board on the annual salary review - To ensure that the appraisal process is aligned with the strategic needs and policies of the firm Job specifications: - Experience: 15+ years in HR domain - Education Qualification: MBA (HR) from a reputed institute (IIM / FMS / ISB etc.) - Candidate should be well-versed with HR related activities - He/she should be currently residing in Delhi/NCR - Experience preferably in a legal (law firm) or professional services environment - Excellent communication both written and verbal - Confident &amp; dynamic individual with a proactive attitude as well as a good team player - Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings - A self-starter, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation, but also work closely with other team members and displaying trust and loyalty - Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner - Proven ability to deal with confidential matters and with discretion
