As Head of HR, you will be responsible for:

- Setting up and augmenting HR processes as the company scales up e.g. Performance Appraisals, HRMS etc

- Help in hiring and inducting key leadership positions

- Organization building / structuring

- Attracting and recruiting the right talent

- Team motivation / maintaining values/culture conducive to performance & innovation

- Being able to setup and manage global teams

- You should have an MBA from a reputed institute.

- You should have maturity and leadership skills to be the face of Seclore to existing employees as well as prospective employees.

- You should be absolutely comfortable with an informal, open culture and should be able to carry it ahead to new leadership hired within the organization.

- You should have a existing track record of managing HR operations for organizations with more than 200 employees and a global presence.

- Ideal candidate should have lead the HR operations in a startup organization during the growth phase or any technology innovation driven organization.

- Existing experience with software product companies would be a big plus
