Head of Human resources will manage around 200 core employees of IT staffing vertical of the organisation. Responsibilities : - Develop and corporate strategies for a variety of HR functions such as reviewing organization structure, team building. - Lead the HR Automation project across locations and review them in alignment to HR policies. - Lead Talent Management process and manage Hi-Potential programs, conduct succession planning. - Accountable for Talent Acquisition in requirements to the organization. - Plan, organize and implement sustainable staffing strategies. - Identify training needs, develop strategies, implement, and deliver training programs to fill the gap. - Develop corporate plans for compensation, benefits by linking them with employee performance and be up to date with current market trends. - Develop, coordinate, and manage internal communications strategies to support business objectives and implement best practices for employee retention. - Monitor adherence to internal policies, compliances to legal standards. Requirements : - Experience in end-to-end IT Staffing or similar role and its HR processes - Knowledge of staffing trends and best practices - Critical thinker with a problem-solving skills and team player - Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles, policies, and best practices - Academics: Masters in Human Resources and Business Administration - The candidate should be Bangalore based Location- Koramangala, Bangalore Industry- IT/ E-Commerce/Telecom/Manufacturing
