Description:

As the BPO Head of Human Resources, you will be a key figure in shaping our organizational culture and workforce. You will lead the HR function, aligning it with our strategic objectives, particularly in building a world-class team skilled in AI and IT services. Your role is crucial in fostering an environment that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that support our business goals, with a focus on AI expertise.

- Lead talent acquisition, ensuring the recruitment of highly skilled professionals in AI and related fields.

- Establish effective on-boarding and training programs, particularly in AI technologies and applications.

- Manage employee relations, ensuring a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction.

- Develop performance management systems that align with our AI-driven objectives.

- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.

- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.

- Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, reflective of our global reach and AI focus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in HR, with significant experience in the IT or AI sector.

- Proven track record in developing HR strategies in a technology-driven environment.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Deep understanding of AI and its impact on talent management and organizational culture.
