About the Role: The client is looking for an experienced HR professional who can lead the HR function and help scale the company. The company is growing and is building scalable systems, processes and best practices to match that growth rate. The HR Head will report to the COO, will be based at the company's head office in New Delhi and will be responsible for the following: - Develop strategic HR programs in alignment with the priorities of the business - Drive HR programs and processes - Work on diagnosing, designing and executing compensation & benefits structure - Build and implement PMS and Talent Management best practices - Design & execute training, development and succession plans - Establish robust HR operations management systems and practices - Ensure smooth TA engine - Drive culture building exercise and create a strong Employee Value Proposition - Proactively provide expert guidance, perspective and support to leadership teams - Maintain high employee morale at all times - Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory or other regulatory requirements - Be the custodian of the company culture and values About the Candidate: The candidate will be a member of the leadership team and will be an important contributor to the company's success. To be suitable, the candidate must have: - An MBA in HR from a reputed institution - At least 15 years of experience in HR with deep understanding of the IT services space - Prior experience in implementing and running PMS - Experience in setting up scalable HR systems & processes - Experience in driving recruitment - Strong communication & articulation skills - Ability to manage difficult stakeholders - Excellent interpersonal skills
