Our client is a Gurgaon headquartered IT/Product tech firm specializing in cloud consulting. They are looking for their Head HR, spearheading a team of 20 members, along with managing the following responsibilities:

1. Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the leadership team and founders, providing guidance and insights on all HR related matters.

2. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's vision, mission, and values.

3. Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to direct functional teams in the area of performance management, goal setting, employee engagement, talent acquisition, learning & development, succession planning, leadership development initiatives, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, etc to drive organisation growth and foster high-performance.

4. Apply strategic thinking to analyse business challenges and provide innovative HR solutions that support organizational goals and drive long-term success.

5. Lead change management initiatives, proactively anticipating and addressing potential challenges and resistance to change.

6. Utilize fact-based management approaches to gather, analyse, and interpret HR data and metrics, using insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

7. Demonstrate organization savvy by understanding the political landscape and dynamics within the organization and leveraging that knowledge to navigate and influence effectively.

8. Utilize strong negotiating skills to advocate for HR initiatives and secure necessary resources and support from stakeholders.

9. Apply business acumen to understand the company's financial and operational objectives and align HR strategies to contribute to overall business success.

10. Foster a global mindset by considering the impact of HR strategies and initiatives in a diverse and multicultural workforce, and adapting approaches accordingly.

11. Apply conflict management skills to mediate and resolve employee relations issues, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
