Title : Head Human Resources Reports to : CEO Responsibilities : - Responsible for strategic direction of the function to contribute to businesses. - Overseas Human Resources functions - Partner with significant stakeholders in the company - Lead and Manage team - Add value to team development - Productively engage in talent management initiatives not only as a lead but also as an expert. Person Specs : 1. MBA or PGDM 2. 10-15 years experience - couple of them in leading and managing the function 3. Should be able to provide guidance and support to senior stakeholders such as business heads 4. Provide proactive and accurate HR solutions to complex business and people issues. 5.
