Client Details
The organisation is a portfolio company of one of the largest Multinational IT / ITES groups
They are looking to hire a Head-HR who will be responsible for formulating end to end strategy of the HR department
Description
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate
- Responsible for developing & monitoring the HR plan & budget closely with HODs
- Developing plans to reduce attrition at the Ground Level
- Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system
- Revamping the existing Talent Management framework and leading the Change Management and OD initiatives
Profile
- 15+ years of relevant experience of which minimum 8 years in progressive leadership responsibility in an IT / ITES sector
- Expertise in Talent Management & Employee Engagement
- Prior experience in managing extensive OD and Change Management initiatives
- You should have a flare to be able to manage complex situation
