Head - Human Resources - IT/Internet/Online

Hiring for a role as HR Business Partner (Head HR) with a US based Multinational Company.

Location: Noida

Industry: IT/ Internet/ Online

Experience required: 8-11 years

Education: MBA (HR), Premier B school preferred

KRA's:

- Attract and hire critical talent to build the business.

- Manage and lead on-boarding programs to enable successful transition, and accelerate time to productivity and performance.

- Monitor the “pulse” of local employees through informal interactions.

- Partner with business leaders, and global HR, to optimize performance, productivity and retention. Focus on continuous improvement across HR and operational practices to drive maximum employee engagement and business value.

- Implement global talent management and compensation practices to effectively develop and reward top performers. Coach managers and employees; become recognized as a trusted advisor.

- Keep abreast of local laws and trends regarding employment; update local company policies to ensure continuous compliance.

- Manage and interpret the local application of HR policies and procedures.

- Partner with managers to handle employee relations matters fairly and to conclusion.

- Manage the payroll process, HRIS data input and integrity, and HR records.

- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of programs.
