Head - Human Resources - IT - IIM/XLRI/TISS/MDI/SCMHRD (20-25 yrs)
One of our biggest clients is scouting for highly competent candidate for the position Head of HR with services /Product based company:
- MBA in HR from premier institute with 20-25 years of experiences in HR domain. Good 8-10 years of experience in a mid-sized software product/services organization will be added advantage
- Demonstrate expertise in strategic HR management i.e. planning and policy, talent management, selection, compensation, benefits, training and staff development.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR management i.e. planning and policy, talent management, selection, compensation, benefits, training and staff development, employee relations and performance management.
- Demonstrated experience in driving programs and positioning company in platforms like GPTW, Best Employer etc.
- Hands on experience of technology and leadership hiring.
- Experience of effectively utilizing the HR Technology for business decisions and employee experience.
- Current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws regarding human resources.
- In depth experience of Talent management and Organization development practices
- Strong leadership management skills i.e., comfortable with leading teams under uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and deliver to commitments
- Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills
