Job Summary: The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading and managing the HR function, ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR policy enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.

- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support in various HR functions.

- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.

- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving issues in a fair and consistent manner.

- Drive performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.

- Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address workforce planning needs.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the organization's values.

Qualifications:

- MBA in HR must

- Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
