HR Head

Job Overview:

As the HR Head, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives, ensuring effective recruitment, retention, and development of talent. You will also be tasked with fostering a positive work culture and managing employee relations to promote a productive and harmonious workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Develop retention strategies to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

- Performance Management: Establish and implement performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

- Training and Development: Design and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Promote a positive work culture and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.

- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational standards.

- HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Prepare regular reports for management review.

- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing HR expertise and guidance to managers and employees.

- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and morale, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.

- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.

- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.

- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
