Requirements and Qualifications:
- MBA in HRDM or Masters in HRDM preferred
- 7-10 years of relevant experience supporting founders in a fast growing organisation, at least 2 yrs in a leadership HR role
- Excels at working in a fast-paced work environment with a hands-on approach
- Passionate about innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to empathize and build trusted relations
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking skills
- Experience in employer branding & crafting employee value propositions
- Ability to multi-task and drive items to closure through well-honed planning & organizing. Proactive in nature, going out of the way to learn and contribute
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with people at various levels, with sound influencing capability. High levels of interpersonal effectiveness and maturity
- Natural ability to operate with integrity and confidentiality
- Experienced in counseling and problem solving
- Knowledge and experience on best payroll practices in the market
