- To drive HR strategies and interventions in line with the Business goals and objectives to leverage human capital to achieve competitive advantage Here's what we need from you

- Develop a strategic road map from the HR perspective which aligns with the organization goal.

- Understanding business strategies and promoting the effective implementation of HR

strategies in business units

- Responsible for all HR Activities / managing the employee Life Cycle for the Business Unit HR, which includes and not limited to, Performance Management, L&D, Employee Relations etc

- Serve as a consultant to the Business Unit on human resource-related issues with good stakeholder management capabilities.

- Depending on the business situation act as an employee Champion and change agent.

- Align Business priorities with HR Initiatives and drive the same in the BU.

- Through the interaction with business organizations, establish effective and diversified channels to ensure the smooth flow of information in the organization, promote the construction of corporate culture and the rapid development of business.

- Strong sense of responsibility and principle, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, good logical thinking, and learning ability.

- Identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to improve our employer brand and candidate experience, since you touch most aspects of the talent acquisition process
