Head - Human Resources - IT

Our Global IT Software company is looking for Head HR Business Partner for India Business.

This role will report to Head HR / CFO of company.

About Company - Our client leading IT Software company and having multiple offices in India ( Hyderabad,Bangalore,Pune, Indore,Delhi/NCR) 

This person will be managing all HR functions in India and reports to CFO.

Responsibilities :

- Driving the end to end all HR functions in the company

- Define and implement best practices for people operations,

- Working with HR team to look at various functions like performance management, appraisals, employee engagement, onboarding, HR processes, legal etc.

- Strategize about people thought process - create an annual roadmap that helps the organization achieve its business goals.

- Work closely with business owners, understand their challenges and empower them to drive their functions with maximum efficiency

- Create a learning & development framework for the company

- Work with the TA team to create best practices in the recruiting function

- Create recruiting strategies that can help us achieve long-term hiring targets

- Create processes that enable the TA team to meet business hiring objectives in a timely manner, while keeping quality in mind

- Mentor, motivate and drive the team

- Be the guardian of our culture - understand the culture and implement methods to reinforce and propagate the culture within the company

- Contribute to strategic discussions of the business

Candidate Profile :

- Be seasoned HR professional with experience in both HR generalist and recruitment

- Have prior experience in managing/leading teams

- Have worked in a fast-paced startup environment

- Have empathy towards people

- Have oodles of passion, drive, and energy to match that of the team!

- Be Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements/processes

- Possess the ability to influence people and be focused towards employee satisfaction
