Position: HR Head - India Operations

Description:

The HR Head will be responsible for developing and executing human resources strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. They will oversee all HR operations across the organization and lead a team of HR professionals to ensure the company attracts, develops and retains the right talent.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies: The HR Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives. They will work with senior leaders to identify HR priorities and develop plans to achieve them.

- Lead HR team: The HR Head will oversee all HR operations across the organization and lead a team of HR professionals to ensure that the company attracts, develops and retains the right talent. They will set goals, provide guidance and support, and ensure that the team is delivering high-quality HR services.

- Talent Acquisition: The HR Head will collaborate with the TA Head to ensure that the company is attracting and hiring top talent. They will oversee the development and implementation of TA processes, including the use of technology and social media to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

- Employee Development: The HR Head will oversee the development of employee training programs and initiatives to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively. They will also lead the development and implementation of succession planning initiatives to identify and develop high-potential employees.

- Performance Management: The HR Head will develop and implement performance management systems to ensure that employees are motivated and engaged in their work. They will provide guidance and support to managers to ensure that performance reviews are conducted effectively and fairly.

- Employee Relations: The HR Head will ensure that the company has effective policies and procedures in place to manage employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary action. They will provide guidance and support to managers and employees to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

- Compensation and Benefits: The HR Head will oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and programs that attract and retain top talent. They will also ensure that the company's compensation and benefits are competitive in the market.

In addition to the above, the HR Head will also have the foll responsibilities

- Serve as a senior advisor, coach, and trusted resource to the India leadership team.

- Collaborate with senior leadership in India to understand the organization's goals and strategy.

- Work with Global HR to create or modify HR Policies as needed.

- Act as a champion of the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by ensuring the HR Strategy delivers on its DEI goals and objectives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree in a related field is a MUST.

- Overall 15+yrs of HR experience with a minimum of 10 years' experience in an HR Leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services and support

- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations

- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior management and influence key stakeholders

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
