Job Description : 1. The applicant should have experience in conducting BGC, Reference checks etc. with and without the aid of BGC firms. 2. Hand's on experience in "Salary-Benchmarking, Negotiations, Appraisals" - All levels in a IT SERVICES firm. 3. Should be an expert in addressing employee grievances and providing solutions in adherence to the company's policies. 4. Expert in "Performance Management" - should have the ability to work with different Managers in accessing employees. 5. "Talent Acquisition" experience is certainly a plus. 6. Experience with "Psychometric Analysis" exercises are a big plus. 7. Only applicants from IT SERVICES (No IT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Firms too) where the employee headcount is within 1000 can apply. 8.
