Our client is a US based IT services firm.

Designation: Head-Human Resources

Position reports to C-level employee and handle a team

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end-to-end HR activities for India and US locations

- Strong focus towards growth of US organisation

- Handle a big team and Talent management and engagement activities

Desired Profile:

- 10-15 years of HR Generalist experience in Global IT MNC's (IT Services org's)

- MBA/Masters in Human Resources from Premier institutes

- Strong knowledge on global policies (especially US)

- Strong people management experience

- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
