Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources or related field

Requirements:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry.

- People-oriented and results-driven.

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal. relationships at all levels of the company.

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.

- Strategic thinker and problem solver.

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.

- Team leadership and HR certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Collaborate with senior management to link HR initiatives to the company's strategic plan.

- Lead recruitment to attract and retain top talent.

- Implement onboarding and career development programs, oversee performance management, and succession planning.

- Resolve complex employee relations issues and foster an inclusive, engaging work environment

- Manage compensation, incentives, and benefits, ensuring competitiveness

- Stay updated on market trends.

- Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and data security.

- Identify training needs and promote continuous learning.

- Establish HR metrics and analytics for decision-making.

- Champion DEl initiatives and programs.

- Efficiently manage the HR budget.
