- Employee engagement (engagement survey targets) on the region, segment or product level of the organization

- Top talent acquisition (talent acquisitions targets) on the region, segment or product level of the organization

- Performance management accountability (stakeholders feedback on their satisfaction with enablement on performance management system, % of employees who received feedback in a timely manner) on the region, segment or product level of the organization

- Employee satisfaction (Employee Net Promoter Score) on the region, segment or product level of the organization

- The position is based out of Pune

- Looking for candidates from Pune and Mumbai Only.
