Position - Head of Human Resources
Experience - 8 - 15 years
Location - Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Looking for a hustler. Prior experience in Start-ups preferred.
Requirement/Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- MBA or Equivalent Degree in HR.
- Experience in both junior and senior HR roles.
- Work experience as a Chief HR Officer, VP of HR or similar role may be preferred.
Key Responsibilities as Head of Human Resources
- Formulate career development plans and lead employer branding effort.
- Responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies
- Crafting talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs (for tech and non-tech roles)
- Promoting inclusion in the workplace and reinforcing our position as an equal opportunity employer.
- Implement and iterate on HR systems and processes to support a rapidly growing workforce
- Develop, interpret and implement policies and procedures to further the company's goals with a data-driven mindset.
Skills:
- Experience in managing teams and budgets will be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of all HR functions & working knowledge of HR soft-wares like (HRIS, ATS, LMS, PMS)
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in building the HR team from scratch, encompassing- Talent acquisition, HR operations and Talent management
- Experience of Talent Acquisition in Technology roles will be highly preferred
