1. Manage the execution of HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including, but not limited to, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Reward and Recognition.
2. Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management.
3. Handle the complete recruitment and selection process.
4. Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision.
5. Develop, update, and manage policies and procedures. Develop organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resource issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to the organization's strategic direction.
6. Experience of handling HR functions in Fashion/Media Industry would be a plus.
