Responsibilities -
- Identify the best practices available in the industry & recommend the same.
- Recommend & Prepare Policies & procedures in line with long term objectives of the company.
- Build & suggest improvements in the existing procedures to increase efficiency & overall satisfaction.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Assists international employees and expat related HR matters.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning.
