Head - Human Resources & Industrial Relations - Manufacturing

Our client is a leading conglomerate with a global footprint and known for their world class manufacturing facilities and rated amongst the best for their expertise in manufacturing.

They are coming up with a state-of-the-art, manufacturing facilities to cater to their esteemed clients across the globe and will manufacture high volume and highly complex products, from design to shipment. Currently looking for Head - HR & IR with following KRAs but not limited to:

1. Partner with the Board members for planning, design and execution of Human Resources and Industrial Relations strategy across all levels.

2. Formulate HR & IR policies, strategic manpower planning, budgeting and HR priorities linked to mid and long term business goals.

3. Manage the complete Talent Acquisition cycle for hiring right talent through diverse sources, in line with Company's Manpower forecasting/plans/budget.

4. Design and implement Performance Management System that empowers/encourages better performance across levels.

5. Effectively handle the Industrial Relations issues and Contract Labour management challenges.

6. Handle Unions, liaise with employees to maintain the overall amicable relationship and run the operations smoothly.

7. Manage Statutory Compliance in line with various applicable Labour Laws and Coordinate with Government Bodies as required.

8. Conduct Employee Engagement Programs, Employee Satisfaction Surveys and action plans.

- Incumbent should have at least 18 years of experience in HR & IR function handling large manufacturing setup.

- Ideal candidate should have full time MBA from Tier I/II B-School.

- Must be proficient in Kannada language.
