Responsible to set up the strategies and roadmaps on TA, Employer Branding, PMS, L&D, OD, Compensation & Rewards, Payroll, and Compliances for plants, Corporate and Overseas operation
- Establishing and Implementing processes to successfully execute the above strategies and roadmaps
Responsible to focus on progressive HR Activities -
- HR visions, philosophy in alignment with the business objectives values and growth trajectory
- Develop and implement the Performance Management system with sharpening the Performance metrics and KRA's for the workforce
- Aligning Compensation/Reward for different categories and also working with the CFO and CEO to develop global compensation plans for different geographies
- Talent and leadership development for the group
- Talent acquisition keeping pace with the company growth and building capabilities across global spread
- Policy development and systems and processes. Aligning policies for different offices with the policies of India and integrating the values and culture
- Developing Training processes and modules for skill upgradation
- Managing and overseeing IR policies and processes and ensuring no disruptions
- Employee life cycle and processes including digitisation
- Creating an engaging culture and collaborative systems to optimize on the talent across geographies.
- Ensuring the Global processes are being implemented in accordance with local laws
- Worked with Food/Pharma/FMCG industry
- Must have worked in export oriented units with employees in cross geographies. Familiarity with basic International rules especially US laws would be an added advantage.
