Description:

The HR Head will report to the Managing Directors of the company. The role of the HR Manager involves enabling the human capital of the company to achieve its highest potential through:

- Managing employee relations

- Manage recruitment for the organization

- Employee training and development program management along with team motivation and trust building programs

- Career development and performance appraisal management

- Providing advice, counseling and guidance to team members to promote employee satisfaction along with addressing grievances and resolving issues between people

- Designing and implementing policies, procedures and processes related to human resources

- Facilitating inter-manager cooperation and coordination to enhance team work

- Organizing company offsites and events to promote learning, development, team work and employee satisfaction

- Office management (Delhi) and HR policy administration

Requirements:

You must have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Soft skills - empathetic, approachable and supportive

- A university degree, a minimum of 10 years work experience in human resources with a focus on employee relations

- Cultural openness and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
