Monday to Saturday (WFO)

Timings : 9 am to 6 pm

Job Description:

Overview: 4S Advisory's Client, a renowned restaurant chain in Hyderabad, is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, particularly within the hospitality or restaurant industry. The HR Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and culture.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives.

2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

- Lead the recruitment process for all levels of positions within the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

- Develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.

- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

3. Employee Relations:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.

- Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.

4. Performance Management:

- Implement performance management systems to monitor and evaluate employee performance.

- Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting performance goals.

- Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance and productivity.

5. Training and Development:

- Design and deliver training programs to develop employee skills and capabilities.

- Facilitate leadership development initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline within the organization.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

6. Compliance and Legal Requirements:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance and mitigate risks.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.

- Proven track record of managing HR functions in organizations with 500+ employees.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
