Head - Human Resource - HealthTech (online product experience mandatory)  Critical skills : Recruitments, R&R, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, HR planning, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development  Key Responsibilities :  - Experience in startup is mandatory  - Develop appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people & resources of the organization, included in this area but not limited only to the following would be programs for employee relations, affirmative action, sexual harassment, employee complaints, external education and career development.  - Develop the organization's approach to talent acquisition, talent management, job evaluation and succession planning  - Design and implement the annual appraisal process  - Design and Develop human resource planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for the filling of the gaps.  - Design and Implement employee motivational schemes, incentive programs etc.  - Design and Support specific performance improvement initiatives like behavioral competency framework, feedback mechanism etc.  - Work with line managers in designing Personal Development Plans for their staff; to evaluate agreed internal deliverables and interventions.  - Advise, review and provide recommendations on the appropriate aspects of certain initiatives so that the company can readily identify and achieve targeted productivity  Requirements :  - Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives  - Business acumen partnered with attention to the human element  - Knowledge of data analysis and reporting  - Excellent organizational and leadership skills  - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
