Key Mandates :

Position Summary :

- To lead the HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR w.r.t Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation, Organisation Design & Talent Management

Qualification : Minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management, IR or Organization Development.

Work Experience : 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition :

- Identify organisation's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance

- Develop, manage and maintain a highly-skilled team to assist with talent acquisition & development

- Understand workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines

- Anticipating the organisations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company's success

- Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business

- Managing and delivering reports, dashboards and data when required

Performance Management :

- Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.

- Design, implement and monitor Performance Management to enable employees and teams to understand goals of the organisation and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the Organization's objectives; specifically, through managing the performance cycle to ensure alignment and cascading of business goals and Key Performance Indicators across the business.

- Work in liaison with key stakeholders e.g. budget, strategy and BUHRs to establish and support the link between strategic business objectives and people's day-to-day actions and tasks by implementing a process for tracking progression from goal setting, mid-year reviews and end of year evaluations to support individual, team and organizational performance.

Learning & Development :

- Develop Human Resources training programs, and assigns the authority/responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs. Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports.

Organisation Development :

- Design, direct and manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.

- Manage employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings, and Intranet use.

- Identify and monitor the organization's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.

- Lead a process of organization development that plans, communicates, and integrates the results of strategic planning throughout the organization.

- Manage the company-wide committees including the wellness, training, environmental health and safety, activity, and culture and communications committees
