Job Profile:

- Role: Head HR

- Location: Kolkata

- Reports into the Director

- Team of 10 direct reportees

- Incumbent will be responsible for devising corporate HR plans

- Will manage workforce in distributed architecture, drive HR automation, streamline PMS, recruitment, compensation etc

- Will interact with key stakeholders Director, IT, Finance, Marketing & Communications, HR Customer Relationship, Operations, Inventory Purchase, Logistics

- Incumbent will drive organisation wide culture, values, mission and organisation transformation

Candidate profile:

- Bengali language is preferred

- Working 6 days a week

- 15+ years of work experience
