Head - Human Resources - Healthcare

Our Client is a fast growing Indian Healthcare organization manufacturing and marketing a broad range of life saving Critical Care drugs. They are an established organization global operations and having with excellent growth plans.

They are looking for a Head of Human Resources to support their 800+ employee base.

The ideal candidate would be a MBA in Human Resources from a reputed college and should have an experience of working in a manufacturing company in a similar capacity since the last 3-5 years.

- He/ she should possess a strategic bent of mind to support the management in its endeavor for growth.

- He/she will be overall responsible for HR, Training & Development, Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Compliance's, Payroll, admin, Employee Engagement, Welfare etc.

- Develop & implement HR strategies & initiatives aligned with the overall Business strategy.

- Bridge management & employees relation by addressing demands, grievances & other issues.

- Oversee the complete recruitment & selection process.

- Ensure complete statutory and legal compliances as per different Acts.

- Having command over the people management, union people, Government Bodies, Law makers, etc..

- Create a positive work environment.

- Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of Human Resources.

- Overall people management.

CTC Range : Rs 22 - 28 lacs per annum
