HR Head
We are looking for HR Head for our client company which is a leader in governance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
- Prepare budgets by department
- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
Qualifications:
- Must have startup experience
- 4+ years of work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role
- Experience with payroll tools
- Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
