- Seeking a Business operations person turned into Human Resources professional

- Seeking a strong business operations and Human Resources professional to hear HR for a mission driven company focussed on changing lives of people in rural India.

- The incumbent would have overall experience of 10 plus years and would have ideally started career in any aspect of business and operations, preferably revenue operations, sales operations and should have managed HR for a young organizations for a period of 5 years. Certification in performance management and organization development would be a great to have.

- You would be a passout of TISS/IRMA/XLRI and possess Very strong people, process and programme orientation.

- Understanding of how IT can be enabling HR, and how to help everyone use automation to ease work and perform in their chosen areas of expertise.

- This position will report to the CEO and will manage a pan India (currently north India) based people in tier 2 and tier 3 towns.
