We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead and oversee all aspects of HR for one of our clients. You will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, playing a key role in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that attract, retain, and engage top talent, while ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. You will be passionate about building a positive and productive work environment that fosters employee growth and contributes to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Partner with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business goals and objectives.

- Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Lead the development and implementation of talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.

- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

- Develop and implement effective employee referral programs.

- Manage employee relations, including grievance resolution and conflict management.

- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and employee satisfaction.

Employee Engagement & Development:

- Create and implement programs to promote employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.

- Develop and deliver training and development programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.

- Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to identify areas for improvement.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.

HR Operations & Administration:

- Manage payroll and benefits administration.

- Oversee employee records and data management.

- Maintain HR information systems and technology.

- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.

- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.

- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
