- Manage End to end Employee Life cycle for the India aligned to global and local policy and practices.
- Establish HR as a visible and high value business partner to the business units and other Shared service functions based out of India.
- Partner with the top management teams supporting their business strategies, translating these business strategies into HR and People initiatives for the Country.
- Deliver Talent Management processes through: Integrated Talent Reviews, Succession & Career Planning, Training & Development.

- Provide a source of expertise in organizational design, people management and communication to ensure that all employees are aligned to the needs and objectives of the business.
- Contribute to the development of the local business strategy as a member of the Local Management Committee.
- Lead the local HR team and build a sustainable and high performing HR organization in India.
- Advice, coach and provide sustainable solutions to the leaders on workforce planning, engagement strategies and succession management
