Head - Human Resources - FMCG/Education/Telecom/Healthcare

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's global business objectives and values.

- Partner with senior leadership to assess HR needs, identify global trends, and align HR strategies with business goals.

- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent in teaching, administrative, and support roles.

- Develop effective on-boarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.

- Implement performance management systems to assess employee performance and support professional development.

- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner, ensuring fair and equitable treatment for all employees.

- Oversee global mobility programs, including expatriate assignments, international transfers, and relocation support.

- Ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment requirements in each country of operation.

- Work closely with business leaders to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans.

- Implement initiatives to support employee growth and development, including training programs, mentorship opportunities, and stretch assignments.

- Establish performance management processes and tools to set clear goals, provide feedback, and evaluate employee performance.
